Galaxy S Duos is another entry from Samsung, which is regularly checked online by phone enthusiasts. The Smartphone boasts a 4 inch capacitive touch screen display and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It is equipped with a 1GHz processor and hosts 4GB internal memory which could be extended up to 32GB using a micro SD card. The device flashes a 5MP rear camera and a VGA camera in front.

2: Samsung S3 is really a nice phone. It's packed with some new cool features like smart stay and if we talk about this phone speed it's extremely awesome. Well in terms of features it beats iPhone 5.
