LG officially announced the specs of Optimus G smartphone months back. It is powered with Quad-Cord Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, LG also promised to upgrade the operating system to latest Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean soon.

The smartphone has a 4.7 inch Tru HD IPS+ touch screen display which is 70 percent less power consumer than normal LCD display. The display has a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels and the device comes with 13 mega pixel camera at the back which LED flash and is capable of recording 1080 pixel HD videos.

For all music lovers here is a treat for you, the device comes with Dolby mobile sound enhancement and an active noise cancellation option. Optimus G is powered by a 2,100 mAh battery.

LG Optimus G will finally make its way in to the Korean markets next month as announced by the manufacture. Soon after the smartphone is launched in Korea it will see an international launch.
