5. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1
The successful smartphone-cum-tablet Galaxy Note has a big brother with bigger screen size and a powerful processor. The tablet will sport 10.1 inch touchscreen with 1280x800 pixels of resolution and a new S-Pen stylus. It is powered by quad-core Samsung Exynos processor, 1 GB of RAM and runs on Android 4.0 operating system. It also features 3 MP camera on the back and a VGA on the front and 8, 16 and 32GB internal memory which can be expandable with microSD card up to 32GB. For connectivity it has Bluetooth 3.0, micro USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi. This tablet will hit the market by this second quarter.
