Body and Design
The Aqua M4 is designed and built with same DNA of the Xperia series. Its edges have been curved and more rounded with a tempered glass display which acts as shield for the 5-inch IPS panel. It comes with a metallic body shell, microSD card slot, a cap-less micro USB, volume keys and an aluminum power button.

Display
A 5-inch HD display with tempered glass and an IPS panel dedicated towards viewing in different angles, makes it quite efficient with good viewing capabilities too. The Display has the capability to attract marks on the screen, leaving many buyers dissatisfied.

Chipset, RAM, Storage
The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset and a 1.5GHz octa-core processor, which comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB of inbuilt memory. A microSD slot to further expand storage, adds to its storage capacity. Apart from the above, this phone comes with connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and 4G LTE, to boost internet speed.

Camera, Battery
The M4 comes with a 13MP rear camera supported by a Sony ExmorRS sensor and a 5MP front camera, all of which is borrowed from its predecessors such as the Z2, Z3 and Z3 Compact. However, the tech giant claims that the M4 Aqua has more capabilities to shoot pictures in low light.

The 2400 mAh non-removable battery can power the phone for two days on a single charge. The phone also offers battery options like Stamina mode, which helps improve battery life.
