BlackBerry Z10

Price: Rs. 18500 - Rs. 22999
The Z10 is BlackBerry's first model to come out after a lull from the popular smartphone maker, owing to major restructuring in the company. The Z10 is a touchscreen phone running BlackBerry 10, their newest operating system at the moment. The phone has a 4.2 inch display with a high 1280 x 768 pixel resolution, resulting in a crisp 355 PPI pixel density. On the specs-front, BlackBerry has also stepped up their game. There's a dual-core Qualcomm 1.5 GHz processor and 2GB RAM packed into the Z10. This handset also supports the high-speed LTE (4G) connectivity, along with the usual WiFi 802.11n support. It has 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded with the use of a microSD card slot. An 8 megapixel camera at the back shoots 1080p HD videos while the 2MP front-facing camera can do 720p HD video. The BlackBerry 10 UI all gesture based; there are no home, back or menu keys on the phone. Also, one big change since BB10 is that there's no compulsion to subscribe to a BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) anymore, a regular 3G plan will do. This change opens wide doors to an audience that previously would have shied away due to the high recurring costs. There's an 1800 mAh battery powering the Z10.
