According to Business Today, “To reach the top in a man's world, a woman has to work twice as hard,” quotes Sharma. She is quite positive on the take of the industry with respect to women. She says that it is more receptive to female CFOs these days. Her mantra of succeeding is to focus on work and being a complete professional. Apart from being a CFO, she is also the Vice President of IT in the firm. She is not gaga over numbers and loves to set up rural libraries in her spare time.
