National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) 

It is one of the popular online payment options. It allows you to make online credit card payments using your net banking account. Through NEFT, you can pay the credit card bills of any bank. It enables you to transfer funds from your bank account to the credit card account online. 

You will need to add your credit card as Beneficiary or Biller. You will need to add details, such as credit card number, credit cardholder name, IFSC code, bank name, branch, address, etc. It is worth noting that the credit card IFSC code is unique for credit card payments. So, make sure that you have the right code before making a transfer online.

Immediate Payment Service (IMPS)

IMPS is another payment option available to you through net banking or mobile banking.  You will need to download your bank’s mobile application on your phone. After downloading the app, you will need to log in with your credentials. Choose the IMPS option on the app, provide the necessary details such as MMID, contact number or biller, your bank account, invoice amount, and your credit card number. After clicking on the Send button, the funds will be transferred to your credit card account instantly. 

Bill Desk

It is an online platform that enables you to make online credit card payments without having any online account. Most banks and credit card companies use Bill Desk to provide easy credit card payment services to customers who do not use internet banking facilities. You can use the bill desk of your credit card issuer to pay your credit card bills. 

You will need to visit the website of the bill desk and enter your credit card details, such as credit card number, credit card type, cardholder name, etc. After that, enter the payment amount and complete the payment using your net banking account. The amount gets transferred from your bank account to your credit card account. 

Auto Debit Facility

It is an ideal option if you have to pay a specific amount every month at a specific date. Using your net banking account, you can set up the auto-debit facility, and your bank will make the payment on your behalf.  The auto-debit facility enables you to provide standard instructions to your bank to debit your credit card bill on a specific day every month. 

While registering for an auto-debit facility, you will have to choose between the minimum amount due and the total amount due. You will have to register for the facility through your net banking account, or you will have to send a written request to your bank. Once registered, the auto-debit facility will become effective from the credit card payment due date.
