The certification is the outcome of an exhaustive evaluation process undertaken by the Great Place to Work Institute, incorporating employee opinion. IIFL Finance earned a Trust Index score of 89, which indicates good credibility management and respect for people, and fairness in the workplace and employee camaraderie also scored high at 88. The 'pride' score was also very high at 90, which measures employees' pride in their job and their attitudes towards their jobs, teams, and company.
