Offer to Split the Cost

If you get a ‘no’ in response, you can then suggest that you will split the cost 50-50. Some educational subsidy is better than none at all. Find out if the company will pay for your program directly to the university or college or will they give you a cheque? Will they pay you immediately or at the end of the education contract time period? These are questions you need to clarify with your company.
