Kotak MF launches Kotak Fixed Maturity Plan-Series 55


Banaglore: Kotak Mutual Fund has launched a new close ended debt fund named Kotak Fixed Maturity Plan- Series 55 with tenure of 24 months. The New Fund Offer is open for subscription from 28 July 2011 to 9 August 2011. The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 10 for purchase and switch-ins. The scheme will allocate 100 percent of assets in debt, money market instruments and government securities with low to medium risk profile. The scheme offers growth and dividend payout option. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns through investments in debt and money market instruments with a view to significantly reduce the interest rate risk. No exit load will be charged under the scheme. The scheme will invest in debt and money market securities, maturing on or before maturity of the scheme. The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked against Crisil Short Term Bond Index. The fund manager of the scheme is Deepak Agrawal and Abhishek Bisen.
