IndusInd Bank to offer services to Jawans


Bangalore: The Indian Army will now have the private sector lender IndusInd Bank to offer banking services to the army personnel with salaries and remittances, reports rupeetimes. "Gold Debit Card" will be offered to the Personnel below officer ranks with a higher purchase limit of 1 Lakh and 50000 daily ATM withdrawal limit. While the Senior Army Officers will receive a 'Platinum Debit Card'. The Indian Army and IndusInd Bank have signed a memorandum of understanding. The salary account created for these Jawans is to provide easy daily transactions, access to different channels and better loan offers and investment options including investment advisory services for the armed forces. The remittances is offered at a free cost to all the Jawans across the country.
