ICICI Prudential MF introduces Capital Protection Oriented Fund


Bangalore: ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund introduces the new fund offer, ICICI Prudential Capital Protection Oriented Fund - Series III. The duration of the scheme will be 36 months from the date of allotment of units. This is a close ended capital protection oriented fund. The investment objective of the scheme is to seek to capital protection by investing a portion of the portfolio in good quality debt securities and money market instruments and also to provide capital appreciation by investing the balance in equity and equity related securities. This new scheme opens for subscription on 1 July 2011 and closes on July 15, 2011. The scheme offers cumulative and dividend payout option. The minimum application amount will be 5,000 and in multiples of 10 thereafter. Chaitanya Pande will manage the debt portion of the scheme while Mrinal singh will manage the equity portion of the scheme.
