ICICI Prudential FMCG Fund top MFs last week

Bangalore: ICIC Prudential FMCG led the mutual fund schemes last week with a growth rate of 3.6066 percent. As on June 25, the net asset value (NAV) of the scheme was Rs.60.04. ICICI Prudential FMCG is an Open ended Growth Scheme with the objective to generate long term capital appreciation through investments made primarily in Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector that are fundamentally strong and have established brands. According to mutualfundsindia.com, other mutual funds which followed ICIC Prudential are DSP BlackRock Natural Resources & New Energy Fund - Retail - Growth , JPMorgan JF Greater China Equity Offshore Fund , JM Hi Fi Fund - Growth , Franklin FMCG Fund - Growth with growth rates of 3.3356 , 3.1991 ,3.0944 and 2.9462 respectively. As on May 31st 2010, the fund size of the ICICI Prudential FMCG was Rs.64.73 Crore. Rajat Chandak, and Prashant Kothari are the Fund Managers of the scheme.
