Once you determine on what you make every month, the next step is to look for all the bills that you pay. It is always better to prepare a note of all the expenditure you make for each month. Expenses like your home rent, phone bills, electricity bills and so on. So the best way to keep a count of it is to write in a notebook which will help you keep a track on your expenses.

3. Take Care of Unnecessary Expenses

The next step is the most important among all. Once you have clearly understood your income and expenditure behaviour, the next step is to cut down on your unnecessary expenses.
