Bangalore: Edelweiss group's housing finance division, Edelweiss Housing Finance (EHFL) has set up its operations in Bangalore, reports rupeetimes. EHFL provides home loans as well as mortage products to the home loan customers. It aims to take its loan book from the Bangalore unit to Rs 1000 crore by 2015.
It has branches in Mumbai and Delhi. The CEO of the company, Anil Kothuri, says the company aims to increase presence in nine locations in this fiscal. It aims to add another 10 locations to the total count in the next fiscal. By 2013 they want to be in 19 locations and cover 90 percent of the mortgage market.
