Central Bank of India Targets Home Loan Seekers

Mumbai: With an aim to target home loan seekers, the Central Bank of India will host an exhibition to attract customers, an official said.

'Swapna Sankul-2012', to be held here Oct 26-27, will be a one-stop solution with attractive deals and offers for the customers from the bank. The customers will also get attractive deals from the prominent developers who will be participating in the show.

Similar exhibitions will be organized in various other cities of India by end of this financial year.

"For the first time, Central Bank of India is promoting the home loan segment on such a large scale. Housing is a major driver of the economic growth as it supports 189 other industries generating employment and boosting the GDP growth for the economy," said bank chairman and managing director Mohan V. Tanksale.

"Housing industry can get a fillip with attractive home loan products and services to the customers. Swapna Sankul-2012 will create a win-win situation for both, the housing industry and customers," he added.

Central Bank of India will provide an array of options to buyers by extending 'in-principle' sanctions and housing loan at base rate of 10.50 percent up to 75 lakh.

The bank will also waive processing and inspection charges.

Leading developers and builders will showcase their projects with special offers to the customers.
