#1 Avoid using credit cards for everyday expenses

Most common situation when people use credit cards—to buy daily items. There is absolutely no harm in using credit card for daily expenditure, but using it regularly is where the main problem lies.   It is better to prepare a budget and use your credit card within that limit. It is advisable to use debit cards or cash if you feel unable to wrap up within the stipulated frame.
