The Nerd

Nerds have excelled in all the academic performances and are widely read. But they have failed in developing their communication skills and so they find it difficult to convey simple problems in an understandable manner. They are intelligent but they refuse to take courses that will help them improve their communication and management skills.

Nerds like being alone and work individually which arises miscommunication and disconnects in the teamwork environment. If there is a conflict in the group or the team they are unable to support or stand up for the right. Instead of them being so intelligent they are still left behind when it comes to promotion, the other colleagues with better communication skills are chosen.
