Farrington is the president and founder of StarVest Management, business financial software firm. She is also a partner at StarVest Partners, a venture capital firm. She has held a host of successful positions at - manager at many financial institutions, founding investor and chairman of a flourishing staffing firm and CEO and President private equity investment company. She too has earned her Master’s degree in management from Harvard. She is also the director of 2 public firms - business financial software company NetSuite, Inc. and Collectors Universe, Inc., both based in California.
