6. Bonds and debentures
Bonds and Debentures are considered to be the most profitable form of investments.
A bond allows an investor to lend money as an issuer and as a return, the lender is promised of an interest at regular intervals. On completion of the agreement, the lender is paid with the total amount.
Debenture also offers same kind of profit like the bonds. It is a kind of loan by the lender. Debentures are normally of long terms.

Investing with private companies is also considered to be one of the safe investment ventures. Some of the companies in India are allowed to grant fixed deposits. Having FDs with the bank is almost same as having FDs with the companies.
