4. Make wise money decisions

Before making choices always make sure that you spend your money wisely. Buying a house might save you the rent but don’t forget about the regular EMIs, which can be burdensome for you if your job is risky. What if your have to relocate for your work? You will find it difficult to fund your EMI and struggling into a new city.

If you have any plan of getting married soon or taking any kind of loan and that too in a short succession, then you will have very little to spend on your spouse and yourself immediately after marriage. As you have just started earning and have thus had no dependants. Till date you didn’t need insurance, but now you will have to take one. But make sure not to commit on a large premium in a thought of saving.
