4. In case of card loss, theft or fraud incidence, having occurred anywhere in the world, you must immediately call CPP’s 24 hours free helpline number to seek instant help. Once you report to CPP about the unpleasant incident, it will ask you to provide the required information. Then CPP will directly report to your card issuers and ask them to block your cards which have been reported lost.

5. To claim an insurance benefit, you need to fill a form stating full detailed information about the card loss event and send it to CPP, along with original document like the credit card statement and a police complaint FIR report. All your claims would be reimbursed by your bank and you will receive the benefit usually within 30 days from the date of loss. Your card protection membership also safeguards you from the fraudulent expenditure made from your lost cards. This protection begins 7 days prior to the loss report and extends to any time period it.
