Urban Outfitters is yet another American clothing line company, which is an also not far away from controversies. From being labelled racist to anti-Semitic for its quotes on T-shirts, Urban Outfitters seems to have found itself in another mess. The parent company also has other clothing divisions, like – Free People and Anthropologie. The problem here is that these other brands are giving Urban Outfitters internal competition. Even though the sales of the company are going up, it is starting to lose its market share to its sister concerns.

Bear Case: Currently, the company is facing a lawsuit out from the Navajo Nation, for improperly using the Native American term for a brand of inners.
