VV-Mart Retail has launched an IPO of 4,496,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 face value each.

VV-Mart Retail mart is a medium-sized hypermarket format retail chain based in New Delhi. They are multi-brand family store offers apparels, general merchandise and kirana bazar, established in 2002.

V-mart has more than 62 stores across 53 cities including metro cities. Company's stores are located in prime cities such as New Delhi, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. They are setting up stores across various small Indian towns and cities including Sultanpur, Ujjain, Motihari.

Objects of the Issue:

1. Finance their expansion plans;

2. Part sale of equity shares of the Selling Shareholder; and

3. Achieve the benefits of listing on the Stock Exchanges.
