Anshu's Clothing has launched an IPO of 1,872,000 Equity Shares with an issue price of Rs.27 per equity share.

Anshu's Clothing is one of the leading fashion house and designer boutiques in Ahmedabad offering Indian ethnic wear, Indian wedding saris, wedding bridal saris, evening wear, party wear and Indian designer wear, established in 2005.

They operate in Women’s exclusive Ethnic wear, Women’s casual wear and Kids wear segment. They mainly deal in the business of designing, trading, job contract manufacturing, branding and selling of ready-made apparels. Anshu's Kids wear brand "LOLIPOP" is famous across India. "LOLIPOP" Kids wear are exclusively designed for children. They are in process to launch the brand "Kalamkari" in the year 2012 which would target middle class to high class women’s wear.

Objects of the Issue:

1. To make advances of long term nature for long term supplies of inputs required in their business operations;
2. To meet the Issue Expenses; and
3. To receive the benefits from listing of equity shares on the SME Platform of BSE Ltd.
