Marzin is the CEO – Direct Sales & Sr. Vice President – Marketing, Eureka Forbes. He is the brand trustee of 3 Superbrands – Aquaguard, Euroclean and Eureka Forbes, and has the task of steering the largest vertical of Eureka Forbes. His responsibility is thought leadership, category leadership, and market leadership. Marzin proactively manages business risks and is responsible for cultivating best in class talent, along with building strong leadership and succession plans. Marzin has completed his Chartered Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, and has an MBA in Marketing. Marzin started his career as a Brand Manager at Eureka Forbes. Subsequently he has been associated with, consulted, and trained a number of well known companies. In a career spanning over 20 years, Marzin has acquired multidimensional experience in Direct Marketing, Advertising, Strategy, Luxury Branding, International liaison & Corporate Communications. He returned home to EFL in 2006 as Sr. Vice President-Strategy, Business Development & Knowledge Management and now looks after the Direct Sales & Service verticals along with additional responsibility of Corporate Marketing. Marzin has a passion for Jazz and travelling. He has shared his experiences by giving guest lectures at the IIM, MICA, FICCI, CII etc.
Gaurav Seth

Gaurav is the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications – SET, the Hindi General Entertainment channel from the MSM Network. In his current portfolio, Gaurav spearheads the channel&rsquot;s marketing team with the vision of building and sustaining SET&rsquot;s brand, appeal and reach, thus propelling it further on a positive growth curve. Prior to his stint at SET, Gaurav was heading the Marketing & Communications at MAX, the Premium Hindi Movies and Special Events channel where he joined in December 2008. Gaurav has successfully spearheaded the most successful IPL campaigns like &rsquot;EkDesh, EkJunoon&rsquot; in 2009, &rsquot;SaareJahan se Accha&rsquot; in 2010, &rsquot;Bharat Bandh&rsquot; campaign in 2011, &rsquot;AisaMaukaAurKahanMilega in 2012 and the lastest campaign &rsquot;SirfDekhneKaNahi&rsquot; starring Farah Khan which has the entire nation grooving to the IPL song &rsquot;Jumping Japang&rsquot;. At MAX, it was not just IPL that he had to market, but Hindi movies too, which was the channel&rsquot;s staple for almost 10 months of the year. In a career spanning more than 15 years, Gaurav has been associated with building and monetizing many successful brands including the path-breaking ICL, Zee Sports, Altavista&rsquot;s operations in India and ESPN STAR Sports to name a few. Having studied at the University Of Washington in the US, Gaurav returned to India in the year 1997.

Deepali Naair
Country Head – Brand, Corporate Communications & Customer Service, L&T General Insurance
Deepali Naair began her career with Tata Motors in 1993 followed by a stint in marketing at BPL Mobile, when the first mobile phone was launched in India. She has also worked in Advertising as a Strategic Planner at Draft FCB-Ulka followed by a stint in a consumer goods company - Marico as Marketing Manager for Saffola and Mediker. Before joining L&T Insurance, her last assignment was with HSBC Global Asset Management India as Vice President & Head of Marketing. Apart from successfully managing marketing for India operations, she led the Global relaunch (communication development) of HSBC Global Asset Management Brand, which used to be HSBC Investments in its previous avatar. In December 2009, she joined L&T as part of the start up team to launch the General Insurance business as Country Head for Brand and Corporate Communications. She has been instrumental in designing the brand strategy and digital strategy for L&T Insurance. She also heads the e-commerce channel for L&T Insurance along with looking after customer service.She was recently recognized as the "50 Most Talented Brand Leaders of India” at the Brand Leadership Award instituted by The World Brand Congress. In 2012, Deepali was recognized by Paul Writer as one of the top 50 CMOs for the prestigious Marketing & IT Recognition (M.IT.R) program for using technology to enhance marketing. She is also the recipient of Indira Super Achievers Award in September 2010. She has also been recognized by a listing in “top marketing women” in the country by Paulwriters.

The last few years of his career have also been focused towards planning and developing strategy. He has built brands and developed marketing and sales strategies for organizations such as Godrej & Boyce, Honda Siel Cars Pvt. Limited, Bharti Airtel Ltd.. Some key highlights of his career have been - the launch of Honda City VTEC, the launch of Honda Accord, introduction of broadband in India by Bharti Airtel and development of Bharti Airtel’s rural strategy, amongst others. Akhilesh is Corporate Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing at WNS.
