Ravi currently heads the People Function at MindTree. With over 30 years of varied experience across multiple fields in HR, ranging from founding a company (Lister Technologies) to heading HR at Crompton Greaves Ltd & Deutsche software Limited. Pervious to MindTree, Ravi was heading the Core software Division, Global Recruitment, Diversity & Sustainability and HR Innovation Lab at HCL Technologies Ltd. Ravi is well known in the industry for this expertise in HR and also has a tremendous breadth and insight on broad range of subjects - Business Strategy, Information Technology, TQM & Service Quality. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and Harvard Business School in Information technology, Ravi is an Executive Coach at ISB, Hyderabad for their Senior Management Leadership Program.

Mali is an HR professional with over 30 years of experience in the Corporate. Since October 2012, Mali has become an HR Advisory & Executive Coach. Before this, he was with Symphony Teleca Corporation as EVP & Global Chief People Officer for over 7 years besides a member of the Board of Directors for their subsidiaries in France, Japan, UK, China and India. His earlier assignments include Vice President-HR with IBM India/South Asia, Vice President-HR with Hewlett-Packard India and Director-HR with Royal Philips Electronics Software Division. Mali consults organizations, both small and large, in the areas of organization structures, systems and capabilities, besides HR policies, processes and programs. Designing competency mapping, career paths, leadership assessment and development, HR systems design, helping HR teams become more strategic in their mind-set and capabilities are his core strengths. Mali is currently the President of NHRD, Bangalore Chapter and President, Karnataka IT Industry HR Association. Sreekanth joined Britannia on 1st February 2011 as Vice President & Chief of Human Resources. He is also in charge of Information Technology (IT). Sreekanth is a passionate HR professional, with a diversity of experience across industries, geographies and roles, having worked with Public Sector, TVS Motors, Toyota, Phillips and General Electric (GE). He joined Britannia from CA Technologies (formerly Computer Associates) where he last served as Senior Vice-President - Global HR Operations & HR Business Partner based in New York, USA. In CA he was part of the core team who transformed the business model, turnaround organization performance and culture. During HR leadership position in GE and CA he has lead many transformation initiatives. Sreekanth is qualified in TQM, Six Sigma (master black belt in Sis Sigma), Change Management (Change Acceleration Process) and is passionate about the comprehensive role that HR can and must play in delivering business results. Nayana Prabhu

Nayana’s , experience spans across all functions of human resource development, her area of expertise is in enabling people managers to become Talent Champions and build effective, successful and powerful teams. Prior to joining WIPRO, Nayana, has worked in the ITES, manufacturing and IT industry. (Thermax, Satyam and EXL Service) Over the last decade she has been responsible for setting up and driving the processes for leadership and management development. Nayana has worked on assignments in leadership development, culture building, building talent and facilitating career design. She has launched mentor programmes, developed mentors in organizations, coached senior leaders to develop talent within their teams and initiated the ‘managers as coaches’ movement in organizations. She has programme managed the design and delivery of assessment centers for senior employees. She believes that every leader through experience develops a teachable point of view and should have opportunities to share this with young and upcoming leaders. As part of her current role, Padmini mandates the strategy for requirements fulfillment and manages global business relations for recruitment. Leveraging on her rich experience in the Human Resources functions, Padmini has instituted numerous initiatives at ITC Infotech to create an optimal & cost effective resource mix, increase the productivity of the recruitment team and measure results & effectiveness. She has also introduced automation for most recruitment process, bringing in greater transparency, speed and accountability. Padmini was instrumental in re-vamping ITC Infotech’s employee referral program, and thus creating a robust pipeline for sourcing the right talent for the company. Before joining ITC Infotech, Padmini worked with Wipro Technologies, where she was in-charge of Leadership Hiring. During her long tenure of over thirteen years with Wipro, Padmini contributed to a wide range of functions in HR including creation of new systems & processes, introduction of new-generation recruitment tools, and quality management practices to ensure compliance for both internal as well as external recruitment processes. She joined Motorola in June, 2007, to first head Human Resources for the Motorola Software Group; thereafter took on an assignment as the APAC Talent Acquisition Lead for India & Emerging Countries before heading HR for Home and Networks Mobility Software Business in APAC. She then took over the country head of HR position in May, 2010 for Motorola in India.
