Ajay Kapoor

Ajay is the CFO, CRO & Head-Legal of TATA Power Delhi Distribution. He has a rich extensive experience of 24 years in all areas of finance and ERP implementations. He has also handled matters relating to foreign collaborations and joint ventures both in India and abroad. Financial restructuring, policy advocacy, capital raising, and acquisition besides handling legal advisory also comprise his expertise. He has also successfully handled electricity litigation matters at all levels for NDPL.
Sanjeev Handa

Sanjeev brings with him diverse experience across multiple industries over last 22 years, of which, last 10 years have been in IT and ITES sector, and the earlier years have been in steel, publications and advertising. In 2002, he, along with his school friends, successfully set up a BPO and Management consulting company (Worldzen) in 2002, which grew from 0 to $28M over the next 5 years. This company was acquired by Keane (and became Keane Worldzen) in 2003, which, in turn, got acquired in 2007. Sanjeev was the CFO for Keane Worldzen from 2002 to beginning of 2007, and after the 2nd acquisition, became the India CFO of Keane. Sanjeev joined Aricent in August 2008 as the CFO for its Software business, with operations across 7 countries. Since December 2010, Sanjeev has been the Business CFO for the largest of the 3 SBUs at Aricent, which accounts for approximately 45 percent of the topline and 80 percent of the bottom-line.

Bad Debts have been at the lowest in the history and DSO has improved over the last four years in spite of increase in business. Being a trading organization, management of current asset and ensuring compliance have been a key challenge to Anuj in this period.
