The unprecedented rapid growth of industry in the country has necessitated increased demand for skill technical manpower. Keeping this in mind the founder society namely Institute of Management and Technologies, Bhopal established Sha-Shib College of Technology, Parvalia, Bhopal in the year 2009.

SHA-SHIB COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY, BHOPAL is an off – shoot of a society with the nomenclature of INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGIES BHOPAL. The society headed by Sha-Shib Group is a well known name in the field of Aviation Education. Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Courses are run by the group in different parts of the country. As a step head, AIRCRAFT FLYING CLUBS are also established for the benefits of interested people in the field.

Sha- Shib Group is a pioneer and explorer in the field of higher education. To reach the highest echelons of education and thus provide the greatest service to the society is the uncompromising vision and motive the Sha- Shib Group has. Definitely the group has covered a long distance in the direction of its vision. No doubt, we can expect more from this group.

Initially, the college offers B.E. courses in Civil, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication & Computer Science and Engineering with a intake of 60 students in each batch.

To produce world class technocrats who can get good jobs & contribute a lot for fulfilling the dream project of making our dear nation a super power with all progress and prosperity in the nearest possible future.

High caliber faculties are available in the institute. The facilities available and the atmosphere of the institute is very much conducive for nourishing and developing world class technocrats. The mission is not to follow some prescribed syllabus alone. It is to inspire creation of innovative ideas which alone can face new challenges thrown up by the changing times. We are sure that good training provided in the campus coupled with interaction with modern industry can instill the spirit of exploration and innovation in the minds of the students to undertake the big task.

SHA-SHIB COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGYhas full fledged two separate wings taking care of training and placement activities separately. The two wings i.e. Training wing and the Placement wing together provides comprehensive Job Listings, Career Counseling & training on Industrial Trends to the students of the institution.

The cell is proactively involved in the placement of the final year students and vocational training of the second and pre final year students, apart from organizing various programs including personality development program, technical seminars and discussion with field experts for the betterment of the knowledge of the students. Training and placement cell continuously interact with the corporate world to get the feed back required to improve the teaching methodology for establishing more productive links with the students. The aim of the cell is to ensure the overall development of the students and to enhance the self reliance in the students.
