Today,Saraswati Institute Of Engineering And Technologyis a world-class educational institution with distinguished faculty and globally recognized curriculum. Innovative teaching continues to be its primary purpose. As an independent, co-educational, and privately endowed institution, it encompasses numerous Engineering academic departments, divisions, and degree-granting programs, as also interdisciplinary canters, and programs which verges on infinity.

The large size campus offers a variety of opportunities to learn, meet new people, and have fun, and its small-town location in the area, gives it a warm & eco- friendly atmosphere. The economic progress of a country is strongly linked with the quality of education. It is therefore, necessary for our technical education to undertake periodic review of the curriculum and subject content of the technical programmes to ensure that they are up to date not outdated or obsolete and effectively fulfil the technological requirements of the country. During the past three decades, many steps have been taken in India to improve the quality of technical education. These include evolution of model syllabi, quality improvement programmes for teachers; encouraging interaction with industry through consultancy and continuing education programmes; and providing impetus for expanding infra-structural facilities in emerging technologies. For economic growth and prosperity, the need is to produce highly professional and competent engineers.

This could be achieved by imparting quality teaching to the students. Towards, the norms and standards of engineering education need to be laid down so as to educate the students with appropriate skill suitable for a rapidly changing industrial scenario. This is the Basic Academic Philosophy of our Trust. To make the Indian industries internationally competitive, the frontier technologies have to flow from the R & D institutions to the industries and also be continually infused in the engineering curriculum. Thus, it is pertinent that educational institutions, industries and research institutions which are at the three vertices of a triangle should converge at some nucleus through coordinated research in both conventional and emerging fields catering to the need of the industry, which will be transferred to the industry and also amalgamated in the engineering curriculum.

The vision of Maa Saraswati Charitable Trust is to disseminate knowledge to the society at large and students in specific by establishing reputed institutions through research integrated education. Such institutions of learning will generate, create and support positive, innovative and competitive learning experience to facilitate outstanding technical and managerial performance.

Saraswati Institute of Engineering and Technology was established on 28th February 08 by "Maa Saraswati Charitable Trust " with a mission of achieving and sustaining dynamism in providing exemplary education, training, research and consultancy in the field of engineering and management by creating and fostering a conducive environment to develop the intellectual capacity, critical thinking, creativity and problem solving ability of the student so that they can compete, sustain and excel in the modern technological environments The Trust aims to help the upliftment of the weaker section of the society by providing tertiary educational resources. Trust is in the process of opening a number of educational institutions imparting education in the field of Engineering, Management, Computer application, Methods of Education (B.Tech., M.Tech., MBA, MCA, and B.Ed.) and other professional courses.

Corporate Interaction Cell has setup with the purpose of providing assistance and guidance to the students in achieving employment in industry as well as industrial training. The division is also preparing a student directory, which would profile the students and would serve as a resource aid for the representatives of the leading MNCs, Software firm, other private and public enterprises, and assist the students in seeking proper placements for this purpose.

Seminar, Symposia and lectures of eminent corporate executives/academicians are organized by the placement division from time to time on the important topics for the benefit of students.

Saraswati Institute Of Engineering And Technologyhas conducted seminars on various topics and planning to have collaboration with foreign companies in education & other matters for the mutual benefits of each other. The students are given proper training by the professionals for their personality development.

The Cell also arranges workshops on various topics in Management, Engineering & Pharmacy etc. The Cell is in the process to set up Entrepreneurship Development Cell with the support of AICTE atSaraswati Institute Of Engineering And Technology.
