About Us :

SAMS College of Engineering and Technology is a premier Engineering college in Tamil Nadu, started in the year 2006 by Shri Vekkaliamman Educational Trust. SAMS College of Engineering and Technology has achieved within short of span of four years, a creditable space among the self financing Engineering colleges of Tamil Nadu. The college which is approved by ALL INDIA COUNCIL FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION, NEW DELHI, D.G SHIPPING MUMBAI, INDIA and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. We offer at present nine under graduation branches of study in engineering and technology, leading to BE / B.Tech. engineering degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Technology and Post Graduation in Business Administration (MBA).

Courses Offered

SSEC offers a wide range of Under-graduate courses in various engineering disciplines besides offering Post-graduate courses too. 6 under-graduate disciplines of our institution have been awarded NBA Accreditation for a period of 3 years. Besides, we have also introduced two new courses (B.E. Civil & B.E. Electronics & Instrumentation) in the academic year 2007-08 and B.E. in Production Engineering in 2009-10.
