NRIITM is known for providing quality technological & scientific & management education.

• Each department has separate Training and Placement Officer.
• Many organization visit the college for campus interviews and students are selected in a good number.
• Practical training is compulsory for every student.
• AIM INSIGHTS, Mangalore organizes in-house HRD training programme ‘FEEL EMPLOYABLE’ for every student of the college from first to final year. Objectives of the training are:
