The Institute began its humble journey with 3 UG programmes with an intake of 180 students & grew to 5 UG and 3 PG with a total intake of approximately 580 students by the year 2008. It now stands as a Premier Institute of Technology both at state and national level. The College is having all latest equipments and highly qualified staff with modern facilities. Majority staffs are Doctorates and M.Tech's. MCA is designed to give students in-depth knowledge and understanding the field of computing and its applications in various fields like business and scientific applications. The total annual intake of the students for the MCA course is 60.
