Institute was established by Bhaskar Pandurang Hiwale Education Society, which is a Christian Religious Education Society. The object for which the Society is established is to promote education, knowledge and culture in its Christian institutions, which while primarily to those professing the Christian faith, also admit others irrespective of race, class, caste, creed or sex. The College offers a three-year Master of Computer Applications programme with an annual intake of 60 students.
