The college runs under Shri Sanatan Dharm Sabha Society. It is an eminent society engaged in socio religious activities established in year 1960 under Registration of Society’s ACT 1860. However, Gita Bhawan, as a spiritual center, was established in the heart of the town in 1952. It is a refuge for the poor & needy and hundreds of people are provided food / langer daily. Together with spiritual pursuit, the Sabha has been engaged in quite a few activities related to welfare of humanity at large. The main trust is now shifted to education, particularly woman education.

Established in year 2002,GVM Institute of Technology And Managementand Management, is considered among some reputed institutes in India, providing high quality Post Graduation Programs for girls. The institute offers its program Computer Application and Information Technology with help of excellent facility arrangement and by the knowledge of qualified faculty members.

Right from its inception, the institute has been maintaining higher standards academics and has successfully trained quite a few students who are serving in different sectors across the organizations.

The college is affiliated to the DCRUST Murthal, Sonepat and is managed by the Shri Sanatan Dhram Sabha society, a registered public body running a chain of educational and technical Institutions in Sonepat.

We have training and placement cell which provides immense support for arranging training and placement opportunities for our students. This cell is constantly working towards achieving the ultimate goal of student employment in industries or to help them begin their own business venture. This area is headed by very professional faculties having great record in their respective industries. This twofold cell covers augmenting internal competencies by fostering contemporary grooming of students and by enabling industry to identify and absorb intellectuals with requisite technical & managerial skills.

The cell further strive to achieve 100 percent training and placement for students of different programs and does cater to the need of self-employment through technical & managerial assistance thus enabling the future entrepreneurs to start their own ventures.

The T & P dept. arranges regular industrials visits for the students, these industrial visits are crucial for understanding and imbibing the culture of the industry where the students associate their academic input with the industry objectively.
