The question was “why many a talented students move to other parts of country in search of higher education?” It is evident that every year large number of students move outside Northeast India to pursue their higher education due to lack of quality institutes or lack of seats in the existing institutes in this region. The answer leads to rethink and to build a place where knowledge would be imparted in a state-of-the art education infrastructure and where an individual would be metamorphosed into a person of intellect, ethics and optimum productivity.
