Punjab College of Technical Education,Ludhiana ACCREDITATION : AICTE Affiliated to Punjab Technical University PCTE (Punjab College of Technical Education) was first institute established by the Punjab Management Education Trust in 1999 at Ludhiana , Punjab with the motive of providing good management and IT education in the region. Since then, it has expanded to Pharmacy, [ 1 ] Biotechnology, Airlines, Tourism, and Hotel Management.
