    Bapuji Institute of Engineering & Technology, Davangere was established with the initiative and foresight of members of Bapuji Educational Association. BIET is having well qualified teaching and supporting staff and the institute has 15 computer centers with LAN facilities. The laboratories of all the departments are well equipped with necessary infrastructure. The MCA department was started during the year 1992.
