- Students take part in CSI essay writing.( This year one student ranked 7th in the all India based competition).

- Student takes part in interuniversity/college sports and cultural competitions.

- The institute is running one Industry-Institute Partnership Cell (IIPC) at Kolkata to make effective relationship with industry. The various activities executed by the cell are as follows:
