About Us:
The Apeejay Education Society (AES), registered on 4th December, 1967 under the Societies Act XXI of 1860 at Jalandhar (Punjab) is sponsored by the renowned industrial House of Apeejay Stya. The prime objective of the Society is to provide facilities for quality education to boys and girls of all ages by establishing:
• Schools to offer primary to senior seconday education.
• Colleges to offer higher education at graduate, post-graduate and doctoral levels in Fine Arts, Humanities, Commerce and Science.
• Technical institutions to offer engineering and technology courses, and to provide facilities for research development and consultancy in related areas.
• Professional institutions to offer Communication, Management and Computer Sciences courses at all levels, i.e. degree, post-degree, doctoral and post-doctoral, and Research and Consultancy Services to industry.
Dr. Stya Paul, illustrious industrialist and philanthropist, who has dedicated his life to the pursuit of excellence in education, is the Founder Chairman of the Apeejay Education Society. The members of the Society comprise distinguished people drawn from industry, business, education, administration and public organizations.

It is a fact that primary aim of most of the engineering graduates is to find a suitable job in a reputed organization after the completion of their professional education, which may provide an upward movement in their career graph.
A full–fledged Training & Placement Cell in Apeejay prepares a placement strategy primarily based on current as well as future job markets. Our placement cell maintains an effective interaction of the institute and its fraternity with the industry.
Our students undergo Summer Training in various Industries with a view to enable them to participate effectively in Industrial Projects wherein they have the opportunity to apply theoretical concepts in practical environments and develop confidence and rapport with industries.
55% of our students from the last batch have been placed in different companies of repute. 10% of our students have opted for higher studies in Indian Universities and Universities and Institutions in USA, Canada and France.
Companies like AIMIL, FIBCOM, SIEMENS, D.R.D.O., TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, HCL PERROT, CONVERGYS, THOMSON PRESS, SHYAM TELECOM, SUKAM COMMUNICATIONS, SAPIENT, LIBSYS CORPORATION etc. and INDIAN ARMY and AIR FORCE have recruited our students from the first, second and third batches who have passed out during last three years. The students are from Computer Science & Engg., Electronics & Comm. Engg. and Instrumentation & Control Engg. Many students of Apeejay College of Engg. have joined as Lecturers in various engineering colleges in the state of Haryana.
