All startup initiatives, including IT-based startups, are eligible to be a part of the state government's startup incubation program.Further, to boost the startup ecosystem in the state, the Government has launched the State Startup Policy which confi rms of allow startups to access government R&D labs through MSME Technology Facilitation Centre set up by the State Government in partnership with CSIR (Council of Scientifi c & Industrial Research). It is also likely to implement a supportive regulatory framework that enables hassle-free and time bound statutory clearances for all startups.In our current edition, we have featured a list of "10 Best Startups in West Bengal". The list consists of new-generation startups across diverse verticals that are trying to bring the wave of innovation into the state like never before.
