One of the most significant ones is that HR stands first in terms of taking care of the employee's experience from the moment an employee steps foot into a company till the day they part ways.In the age of technology, employ-ees across generations are increas-ingly demanding a `digital experi-ence' that provides a virtual mode for every facet of life at work.
