Also known as an internet bot, www robot or colloquially ­ a bot, it performs tasks which are simple and repetitive in nature at a much higher pace than a human being. It may or may not necessarily have the adequate intelligence to cater to all service requests, but definitely has a great processing speed. Chatbot is synonymous to ease and the seam-lessness with which it can carry-out functions.
