She called out that today, AI as a technology - man and machine together, will create far reaching changes in the way the com-panies today and the world tomorrow will operate. Like every other function, HR has also been exposed to this transforma-tion and AI enabled technology is the next frontier for Talent solutions. Even as we debate and analyze the pitfalls or benefi ts of AI, from robots taking away our jobs to faster and more accurate hiring decision support, future focused organizations have already begun ex-perimenting and leveraging AI for rich-er solutions, higher productivity and personalized talent management. It is now a proven differentiator that keeps talent and therefore their companies, ahead of the competition. The shift to an AI enabled platform presupposes that an organization has started on the digital transformation journey and has some of the basics in place a public or hybrid cloud tech-nology platform, a robust data ana-lytics practice, and an internal man-date of innovation and technology adoption, pervasive with leaders and employees alike. Given that the mobile enabled workforce of today (and tomorrow) is seeking a technology driven positive experience at the work place and ap-proaches it with a customer mindset, it is critical that the HR transformation journey towards AI enabled solutions also evaluates the value of these invest-ments from the lens of Employee's ex-periences, rather than cost saving. This base approach will also ensure that the right Talent solutions are piloted fi rst, the choice of vendors in the eco-system is made appropriately and the readiness and adoption of a solution is maximized.
