If the sales guy already has a data base of companies that he wants to follow or is following, he can upload it on the platform and Clodura will then generate leads for him from within the list. For the one who isn't sure which company to chase, Clodura suggests that as well. So, if you don't have a data base, Clodura's feature called `Suggest Companies' allows sales guys to directly find companies which are looking for their services. The product is currently available in a monthly subscription of $200 and $400 modules allowing you to look into 1000 and 2000 companies' data per user respectively. "A simple lead generation company will help you fix only limited meet-ings and are very costly, which is not enough for a sales person. Also, the other available productswhich do lead prediction, lead scoring etc mostly are designed for B2C environment and used by marketing managers," as-serts Kapil. But Clodura is exclusive-ly meant for B2B sales professionals; hence, the product is designed and built according to their need and elim-inates manual intervention complete-ly. "We are extremely focused on add-ing value to the entire sales process and helping them close more deals and not just finding leads. While we con-tinue to get the quality at large scale, we don't slow down the process of gathering data which allows us to give you a 24 hours updated data, which is almost close to live data," explains Kapil. The moment the company has a pain point or generates a pain point, within next 24 hours Clodura sends an email to the relevant sales person. Currently the company has a database of over 250,000 companies for which it covers 180 odd data points that helps study their behaviour pattern, what products they have, what services they provide, areas of help, pain points and others, which gives Clodura a better insight into these companies than its competitors. En Route to FutureLocated in Pune, Clodura is current-ly 21 people strong. Despite being a startup, the company promotes an open work culture with no hierarchy and provides flexi-work hours to its employees. "We have chatter hap-pening all the time; my whiteboard is always full of ideas. Most of our products are now driven by our cus-tomers' and employees' ideas," says a delighted Kapil. The company has a mixed and balanced team pyra-mid. While the senior people lead the team, mid-level employees are engaged in building the platform and juniors are busy implementing them. Clodura has also been recently award-ed `Most promising Startup' in Pune Connect 2016 and `Best Startup' in World startup expo held in Banga-lore. In the coming year, the com-pany is looking at crossing 100 cus-tomers and grab series A funding to grow extensively.
