OCTOBER 20218TELANGANA LAUNCHES ONE STOP PORTAL FOR THE STATE'S ENTREPRENEURIAL ECOSYSTEMinister for ITE&C, KT Rama Rao, along with chief guest Rekha Menon, Chairperson, NASSCOM, BVR Mohan Reddy, Founder of Cyient, Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary to ITE&C, and Shanta Thoutam, Chief Innovation Officer of the State, launched a one-stop portal, Startup Telan-gana, to further fuel a holistic support mechanism for startups. The platform aspires to be a one-stop shop for Telangana's whole entrepreneurial ecosystem.The portal would provide time-bound services for all startup-related services, such as startup recogni-tion, grievance redress, mentorship, and incentive dis-bursement mechanisms.It will also serve as a focal point for information on the state's assistance for entrepreneurs. The portal contains accurate and complete information regarding Telangana's startup ecosystem, as well as any related GOs, policies, circulars, and initiatives.Telangana, India's newest state, is one of the most advanced, with a healthy, robust economy.Telangana has been named the best state for start-ing a business as well as for implementing modern and forward-thinking policies.Countless entrepreneurs have had positive experi-ences with supporting and encouraging regulations for those interested in building a name for themselves in the business, from the initial setup to the final imple-mentation.As a influential state, it contributes $140 billion in GDP to India's economy, with a per capita GDP of $3,200.
