From the military to law enforcement, and truck driving to the coal mines, women show their productivity and capabilities in diverse workplace settings where they remain the statistical minority.Looking at the progress level of women, though within a culture there is a significant gender disparity, women did, women are, and women will always survive and thrive confidently. Above all, there are a few ifs and buts and barriers that need to be addressed majorly to erase marginalization. Research explains women working in male-dominated workplace environments may experience marginalization, which can adversely affect both well-being and career prospects.According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Report 2021, women have contributed 17% to India's GDP which is less than half the global average.
