When we dig into the past, Goldman Sachs had predicted 5 years back that the Indian Organic Personal Care Market will grow to about Rs. 1000 crore. Nevertheless this early prediction has not yet hit the rocks due to pandemic yet the impossible will surely be possible in near future. The world is enthusiastically participating in philanthropic efforts to promote green business and improve green marketing. This go green act is definitely revising the myths, debunking the old lifestyle and motivating the consumers to demand for more greener, fairer, and smarter lifestyle. The CGF (Consumer Goods Forum) and the industry as a whole have set some eco-friendly goals for cutting greenhouse gas emissions, reducing or eliminating plastic waste, minimizing food waste, and improving crop sustainability. And companies are taking other meaningful steps to become more eco-conscious throughout their operations. As the companies are becoming more eco-conscious, in return this act of responsibility is helping them to penetrate the concept `eco-consumerism'.This drastic change of mindset from littering the environment to filtering, recycling and reusing is balancing both the environment and economy. From packaging to food items a lot of people have transformed from just consumers to green consumers. As a result, many businesses have come up with new ideas and techniques to maintain and introduce more innovations in products, packaging, and production.This suggests, sustainability have echoed its value throughout the world, as both companies and consumers are continuing with sustainable practices and have switched to eco-friendly products.
