Most business leaders, digital experts and top lev-el management executives are sure to find themselves in heated debates about how imperative it is today to evolve at the speed of thought. Oth-erwise, the threat of being forgotten might become a reality. In the midst of trying to create enterprises that stand-out in the crowd, two words have gained recognition almost all over the world Design Thinking. This methodology has long tran-scended the traditional boundaries of design, along with the age old notion that design is purely visual. Whether it is a trained fine art graduate, a UX designer or a business leader who has absolutely nothing to do with graphic or visual design, the approach bene-fits all. A Forrester research report also states that it can deliver an ROI of 85 percent or more for business-es. That's huge! And while all of this may sound simple on paper, the truth of the matter is that at the heart of de-sign thinking is a massive radical cul-tural change which is by no means an easy transformation to drive. There's no perfect answer for the questions - `How do I ensure a successful design thinking led strategy', but there are definitely some questions that leaders need to ask themselves before em-barking on this journey.Is the product worth building in the first place? One of the principles that design thinking advocates is to think big.
