Technology-driven settings, such as social networks, video conferencing, 3D, AR/VR, and virtual gaming, have made it possible for individuals, businesses, and educators to undergo digital transformations during the past few years. To advance the digital transformation of every area of our life, the word 'Metaverse' was created. The metaverse provides limitless opportunities to explore skilling in India in new ways. By the end of 2026, there will be 1 billion smartphone users in India, and the metaverse skilling revolution will coincide with this expansion. Building blocks of the metaverse, such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and artificial intelligence (AI), can be tremendously helpful in delivering learning experiences that are lifelike (AI).
